Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Number My Paint (also called NumberMyPaint) operates from Pakistan and provides an online service at numbermypaint.com that converts uploaded images and Illustrator artwork into paint-by-number guides, palettes, and printable files. This policy applies to visitors, account holders, and people who contact us. For privacy questions, contact support@numbermypaint.com.

2. Google Sign-In: information we access and how we use it

If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture when provided by Google. Supabase processes the sign-in and maintains the identity associated with your Number My Paint account. We do not receive your Google password.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or link your account, display your profile, associate your projects and credits with you, and send account or support communications. Google Sign-In does not give Number My Paint access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar; our sign-in flow does not request those permissions.

Google account information is stored with your authentication and profile records in Supabase. Your browser also stores session information and profile preferences to keep you signed in. Our application infrastructure processes this information to provide your account features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

3. Other information we collect

Account and support information includes the details you provide when registering or editing your profile, your logo, and the name, email address, subject, and message you submit through our contact form.

Project information includes uploaded artwork, palettes, chosen colors, generation settings, job history and status, previews, and generated output files. We process these files using our application and processing workers to produce the deliverables you request.

Payment and usage records include purchased credits, order identifiers, payment status, and credit usage. Polar handles checkout and payment details; Number My Paint does not store your full payment card number.

Technical and usage information can include IP address, browser and device information, page visits, interactions, errors, and session identifiers. Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand usage and diagnose problems.

4. Why we process information

We process information to operate accounts, generate and deliver artwork, save palettes and project history, manage credits and payments, respond to requests, send service emails, understand and improve product usage, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where required.

5. Who receives information

Supabase provides authentication and database storage for account, profile, and application records. Cloudflare provides hosting, network services, and R2 storage for uploads and generated files. Resend delivers service and support emails and receives the recipient address and email content. Polar processes purchases and receives checkout information. Google Analytics and PostHog process usage and technical events for analytics.

Basic Google profile information is processed by Supabase and our application infrastructure to provide authentication and account features. Your account email may be used by our email provider to deliver service messages and by our checkout flow when you purchase credits. We share information with providers as needed for these functions, rather than for selling personal data.

Authorized administrators may access account and job information to operate the service and provide support. We may disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and local browser storage for authentication, session continuity, preferences, saved palette fallbacks, and analytics. You can clear cookies and local storage or manage them through your browser settings; this may sign you out or remove locally saved preferences and palettes. Analytics tools collect information about visits and interactions as described above.

7. Storage, retention, and security

We retain account and Google profile information while needed to maintain your account. We retain uploaded artwork, generated files, palettes, and job records to process your requests and make your project history and downloads available. Payment, security, and support records may be kept for longer when necessary for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or disputes.

Our service uses HTTPS for data in transit, authentication, and access checks to protect account records and files. Access to administrative functions is restricted. No transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Number My Paint operates from Pakistan, and our service providers may process or store information in other countries. Applicable protections and rights can differ by location. Contact us with questions about the handling of your information.

8. Access, deletion, and disconnecting Google

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, Google profile data, uploads, or generated files, email support@numbermypaint.com from your account email and describe your request. We may verify your identity before acting. We delete information that is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is replaced or expires.

You can revoke the Google connection in your Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future access through that connection but does not automatically delete your existing Number My Paint account or files; contact us to request deletion as well.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

9. Children and external services

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Links and embedded content, including the demo video, may connect to third-party services whose privacy policies also apply to their processing.

10. Policy updates

We will publish changes on this page with an updated date. If we materially change how we use personal information, including Google user data, we will provide additional notice where required.
